Have you ever used Beehiiv for cold emails? If so what’s your experience? Would you recommend it and if not what else do you recommend?

Beehiiv is an inbound email marketing automation tool for newsletters, what you’re looking for is an outbound email marketing automation tool for cold emails. The two most popular right now are Instantly and Lemlist but there are many others.
For cold email marketing here is what you need to do:
- Use separate domain(s), not your primary domain (to protect your primary domain).
- Set up SPF, DKIM, DMARC and custom tracking domain, use this checklist.
- Create no more than 3-5 email accounts per domain.
- Connect them to your Instantly or Lemlist account.
- Start the warmup process and run for 2-4 weeks (Instantly and Lemlist provide this service in their plans).
- Validate your lead’s email addresses so they don’t bounce.
- Send less than 100 cold emails per day per account
- Monitor your domain reputation and spam rate in Google Postmaster Tools.
